The 256M-bit page mode flash memory device stores the main CPU program.

This IC is a single driver, single receiver RS-232 solution operating from a single Vcc supply.
The device provides the electrical interface between an asynchronous communication controller and the serial-port connector.
The IC has the function of “Auto-Power down”.
By this function, drivers are disabled automatically for power-saving.
