When connecting a laptop PC to the TV, check that display output mode of the
PC is set to external monitor.

CLEARING THE SECRET NUMBER
If you forget the secret number, clear the secret number using the following procedure.
1 Select "Parental CTRL" on the Setup menu to display the secret number screen. (For operating the on-
screen display menu, see page 18.)
2 Press and hold both CR/X. and VOL + on the TV simultaneously until the message appears on the screen.
