The following are the jumper configurations:

To set the jumpers:

Turn off the printer.
Remove the controller board shield. See “Controller board shield removal” on page 392 .
Remove the inner controller board shield. See “Inner controller board shield removal” on page 393 .
Locate the jumper connectors on the controller board.
Move the jumper of the motor being tested to the bypass position.
Press and hold the 3 and 6 buttons while turning on the printer to enter the Diagnostics menu.
Touch Printer diagnostics & adjustments > Motor tests .
Select a motor, and then touch Start .
After the test, turn off the printer, and then move the jumpers back to the default position.
Note: If the jumpers are not moved to the default position, then a false door open message appears
on the screen.
