Is it possible to Tandem Copy/Print
with another MX-M266/316N device?
Tandem operation is only supported when the
MX-HD14 or MX-HD15 is installed.
Unable to Print from USB Memory
device.
To support Direct Print from USB memory, the MX-HD14
HDD unit must be installed.
Note: For PDF support, the MX-PK11 is also required.
Inbound Routing is not available once
the MX-FX11 Fax Expansion is
installed.
To support Inbound Routing, the MX-HD14 or MX-HD15
HDD expansion kit must be installed.
Long delay when requesting List Print
(Custom Settings page) or between
print jobs, only when the MX-HD14 or
MX-HD15 is installed.
When installing the MX-HD14 or MX-HD15, ensure to
follow the installation procedure correctly.
1. Export current machine user data using Sim56-02
to USB memory.
2. Mount the MX-HD14 or MX-HD15 (except SD
Card).
3. Execute Sim56-11 copy data from SD Card to
HDD.
4. Replace original SD card with the SD Card
supplied with MX-HD14 or MX-HD15.
5. Execute Sim56-12 copy data from HDD to SD card
(MX-HD14 or MX-HD15).
6. Import machine user data using Sim 56-02.
When selecting Card Shot function in
Copy Mode, the default setting is
incorrectly set to X=25%, Y=25%
(instead of X=86%, Y=54%), only after
MX-HD14/HD15 installation.
SIM24-6 - SIM24-15 are missing?
To avoid counters that can be cleared accidentally
(affecting End User Counter data/information), these
Simulations are now hidden as default.
Unable to enter the URLs for EAM
(External Accounting Mode) as the
item is missing from the webpage,
even though MX-AMX3 is enabled.
Check the setting for Sim 26-03 (Coin Vendor Mode).
Ensure OUTSIDE AUDITOR is configured to None.
Note: MX-HD14 or MX-HD15 is also required.

Sharpdesk Mobile via a wireless access
point or MX-EB13 USB wireless
