Place the foo d o n a plate in the centre
of the turntable.
W hen the o ven sto ps and the audible
signals sound, turn the food o ver,
rearrange and separate. Shield thin
parts and warm spo ts with aluminium
foil.
After defro sting, wrap in aluminium
foil for 1 0 - 15 minutes, until
thoro ughly defro sted.
Cover the turntable with cling film.
Place the block o f minced meat onto
the turntable.
W hen the o ven stops and the audible
signals sound, turn the food o ver. Remove
the defro sted parts if po ssible.
After defro sting, stand for 5 - 1 0
minutes, until thoro ughly defro sted.
