PROCEDURE
• Remove all packaging fro m the cake.
• Place o n a flat dish in the middle o f
the turntable.
• After defro sting, cut the cake into
similar sized pieces keeping space
between each piece and let stand for
15 - 6 0 minutes until evenly defrosted.
• Distribute on a flat dish in the centre o f
the turntable.
• W hen the o ven sto ps and the audible
signal sounds, turn over, re-arrange
and remove and defro sted slices.
• After defro sting seperate all slices and
distribute on a large plate. Co ver the
bread with aluminium foil and let
stand for 5 - 1 0 minutes, until
thoro ughly defro sted.

1 Steaks and Chops should be fro zen in one layer.
2 Minced meat should be frozen in a thin shape.
3 After turning over, shield the defrosted po rtions with small, flat pieces o f aluminium foil.
