Pro cedure:
• Put the chicken leg s o n a plate.
• W hen the audible signal sounds, turn the chicken
leg s over and re-arrange. Shield the defro sted
parts with aluminium foil if necessary.
• W hen the audible signal sounds, turn the chicken
leg s over and shield ag ain.
• After defro sting , let the chicken stand, wrapped in
aluminium fo il fo r 1 0 -3 0 minutes, until tho ro ughly
defro sted.

aluminium fo il fo r 3 0 -9 0 minutes, until tho ro ughly
defro sted.
NOTE:
1 Steaks, Cho ps, Fish fillets and Chicken leg s sho uld be fro z en in o ne layer.
2 Fo r shielding the defro sted pa rts, use small, flat pieces o f aluminium foil.
3 The po ultry should be co o ked immediately after defro sting.
