COMPONENT REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES

OUTER CASE REMOVAL
To remove the outer case, refer to Figure 19 and proceed as

To remove the components, proceed as follows.

POWER TRANSFORMER REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply and remove
the outer case.
2. Discharge the high voltage capacitor.
3. Disconnect the wire leads from the power transformer.
4. Disconnect the filament leads from the magnetron and
high voltage capacitor.
5. Remove the two (2) screws holding the transformer to
the base cabinet (A).
6. Remove the transformer.
COOK RELAY AND CONTROL RELAY REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply and remove
the outer case.
2. Discharge the high voltage capacitor.
3. Disconnect the wire leads from the cook relay and
control relay.
4. Remove the single (1) screw holding the relay angle
to the base cabinet (A).
5. Slide the relay angle backward and remove it.
6. Now, the cook relay and control relay are free.
OVEN LAMP REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply.
2. Loosen the
