Press to power on or enter standby.

Press to mute the sound. Press again to resume sound, or press
+/- to resume sound.

Presets (20 DAB/20 FM)
In DAB+/FM mode:
• Short press: Preset recall.
• Long press: Preset store.
In Bluetooth mode: Long press to disconnect current device and
scan for new devices.

Menu: Press to enter the menu options.

Info: Press to cycle through dierent types of information available.

DAB+/FM radio: Press to enter DAB+ mode, press again to enter
FM mode.

Short press to enter Bluetooth mode. Long press to disconnect
from paired device.

Press to change audio source to CD.

Press to change audio source to AUX. Press again to change audio
source to USB.

Equaliser: Press to cycle through EQ options.

Loudness compensation increases the low and high
frequencies when listening at low volume.

Fitting or replacing the remote control
batteries
1. To open the battery compartment, push your thumb down on to
the circle on the battery compartment cover and slide it down.
2. Fit two AAA batteries observing polarity +/- as shown. When
replacing the batteries, use only the same type of battery supplied.
3. Re-t the battery cover and clip it in place.
Using your DAB+/FM hi- micro system
Connection
NOTE: Your micro system has been supplied with a power
adapter. Please check and ensure that you connect the correct
3 pin or 2 pin part to the power adapter that is appropriate
for the country where the product will be used.
Connect the aerial to the back of the micro system to receive the best
possible radio reception and signal quality.
Connect the right and left speaker cables to the RCA sockets on the back
of the main unit.
Connect the power adapter lead to the power input on the back of
the micro system and plug the power adapter into the wall socket
and switch on. The micro system will power on and display <SHARP
sharpconsumer.eu> and then go into standby.
NOTE: The processes described here use the controls on the
main unit (unless specied). For controls using the remote
control, please refer to the 'Remote control' section.
Initial set-up
Extend the aerial to ensure the maximum signal strength when you scan
for radio stations.
Short press
to switch on your micro system. It will begin an
automatic scan for DAB stations. A progress bar will show the progress of
the scan and the number of stations found.
When the scan is complete your micro system will select the rst
available station and begin to play. By default, stations are listed
numerically and then alphabetically.
NOTE: The DAB radio station list is stored in the memory; the next time
the micro system is switched on, the station search does not take place.
Short press
or to scroll through the available stations. To select
the station displayed, short press
. There will be a short delay whilst
your micro system tunes to your selected station.
Time and date
Time and date will be synchronised automatically to that broadcast by
the DAB service in 24-hour format.
