OTHER FUNCTIONS
The
Organizer
has
several
other
useful
functions,
namely
Clip
&
Paste,
Time/Date
Stamp,
Global
Seek
Search,
and
some
other
function.
Clip & Paste
The
Clip
function
copies
text
into
a
temporary
clipboard
in
which
you
can
store
up
to
2048
characters
of
information
to
paste
in
again
elsewhere.
The
text
clipped
is
not
deleted
from
the
original
entry
but
copied.
This
feature
may
be
used
to
copy
entire
entries
across
modes,
or
simply
to
move
a
few words
to
another
location
within
an
entry.
Clipping whole entries
A whole entry can be copied to the clipboard by retrieving it, pressing
and then [ENTER] .
Copy the “Davis” telephone listing from TEL 1 in the clipboard.
1. Retrieve the telephone listing.
