What to do if my Sharper Image RISE 20H Heater fails to power on?

  If your Sharper Image Heater doesn't turn on, check the following: * Make sure the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet. * Check if the household circuit breaker has tripped or a fuse has blown; reset the breaker or replace the fuse if needed. * Relocate the unit to a standard wall outlet if the ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) has tripped. * Place the heater on a level surface to ensure the tip-over switch on the bottom isn't tripped.

  If your Sharper Image Heater isn't producing enough heat, make sure it is set to High Heat. Also, close all doors and windows to trap heat, and allow the unit several minutes to fully heat the room.

  If your Sharper Image Heater is on but not producing heat, ensure that the thermostat dial is turned clockwise if in Auto Mode. If the problem persists in Continuous Mode, cease usage and unplug the unit.
