  If your Sharper Image Steam Cleaner isn't heating up, first ensure the power cord is properly plugged into an electrical outlet. Check your household circuit breaker or ground fault interrupter and reset it if it has tripped, or replace the fuse if it has blown. If the unit is still not heating, cease use immediately, unplug it, and contact Consumer Service for assistance. Also, make sure that there is enough water in the water tank.
