What to do if my SHIMGE WQ(D stops running suddenly?
    • B
      Brittany MccoyAug 4, 2025
If your SHIMGE Water Pump suddenly stops, check if the switch is off or the fuse is burnt out and adjust the lift or supply voltage to meet requirements. Also, clear away any foreign matters that may be jamming the impeller. If the stator winding is burnt out, it needs to be rewound for overhaul.

Why is my SHIMGE WQ(D Water Pump having difficulty in starting?
    • J
      Jerry VegaAug 12, 2025
Your SHIMGE Water Pump might be hard to start because the supply voltage is too low; adjust it to ±10% of the rated value. Other potential causes include phase loss (check the switch outlet, cable, and plug), a jammed impeller (fix the jammed part), excessive voltage drop in the cable (use a reasonable cable), or a burnt-out stator winding (rewind for overhaul).

How to fix low water output in SHIMGE WQ(D Water Pump?
    • B
      Brandi ReyesAug 19, 2025
If your SHIMGE Water Pump has low water output, it could be due to several reasons. The lift might be too large; use the pump within its usable range. The mesh enclosure may be blocked; clear away water plants and foreign matter. The impeller could be worn; replace it. The immersion depth might be too shallow, causing air to be sucked in; adjust the depth to be no less than 0.5m. Alternatively, the impeller might be reversing; exchange any two of the three phases.

Why is my SHIMGE WQ(D Water Pump stator winding burnt out?
    • W
      washingtonstephenAug 27, 2025
The stator winding in your SHIMGE Water Pump may be burnt out due to several reasons: phase loss or prolonged running time, water leaks damaging the mechanical seal and causing short circuits, a jammed impeller, frequent pump startups or running without water for too long, or pump overload. To fix this, eliminate the faults, remove the winding and insert the winding again according to the original technical requirements, and apply insulating paint by impregnating and drying, or send it to the maintenance company for repair.
