Check pump components for damage and insulation resistance before installation.
Fix pump, connect pipes, ensure strainer/foot valve placement for self-priming.
Check pump rotation direction with screwdriver and swap phases if incorrect.
Ensure intake pipe and joints are completely sealed to prevent air leakage.
Regularly check insulation resistance (min 50MΩ) and take measures if below requirement.
Disassemble pump, check bearings, seal, impeller, foot valve, and replace damaged parts.
Conduct hydraulic/pneumatic pressure test for 5 mins to check for leaks after assembly.
Drain residual water to prevent pump body cracking from frost when ambient temp is low.
Disassemble, drain, rinse, and store pump in a dry, ventilated place for long-term storage.
Install pumps in dry, well-ventilated areas (max 40°C) on a solid surface to avoid vibration.
Angle intake pipe upwards towards the mouth to prevent air locks.
Use brackets to support pipes and prevent stress on the pump body.
Ensure electric pump name plate specifications match rated line values.
Verify three-phase pump rotation direction (clockwise) and swap phases if incorrect.
Prime the pump by filling it completely with clean water through the priming plug.
Empty pump during freezing risk, check foot valve regularly, and store in dry place if unused.
