Clear Debris
1. Brush accumulated debris from
intake grill and other cooling
passages.
Cleaning Cylinder Fins
1. Disconnect spark plug lead
from spark plug.
2. Remove engine cover.
3. Clean cylinder fins (A) to allow
cooling air to pass freely.
4. Install engine cover.
5. Connect spark plug lead.
Exhaust System
Spark Arrester Screen
Level 2.
Parts required: Spark Arrester Screen
Carbon deposits in muffler will cause a drop in engine output and
overheating. Spark arrester screen must be checked periodically.
