Dust Collection Nozzle

Assembly:
1. Threadthe(3)M8-1.25x25Feetintothebottoms
ofthe(3)Legs.
2. Using the (12) M6-1 x 8 Phillips Head Screws,
6mmLockWashers,and6mmFlatWashers,attach
the (3) Legs to the Main Tube Body. Be sure the
LockWashersarebetweentheFlatWashersandthe
PhillipsScrewheadswhentighteneddown.
3. Thread the M8-1.25 x 20 Lock Knob into the
threadedholeonthesideoftheMainTubeBody.
4. Attach the Fixed Support to the top end of the
Silver Main Tube Body using (2) M6-1.0 x 20
PhillipsHeadScrews.
5. ThreadtheM10-1.5 Hex Nutonto the endofthe
M10-1.5 x 15 Lock Knob. Place the end of the
LockKnobandHexBoltassemblythroughtheslot
ontheVacuumTube.Aftertheknobhasbeenslide
through the slot, place the 10mm Flat Washer on
thethreadedendoftheKnob.
6. CarefullythreadtheKnobintothethreadedholein
the Fixed Support. Be sure the Flat Washer is
betweentheFixedSupportandtheVacuumTube.
ThisWasheractsasapivotpointwhen adjusting
the Nozzle position. Tighten the Knob until the
VacuumTuberemainsstationary.
7. SlidetheNozzleintotheendoftheVacuumTube.
TheNozzlecanberotated360°withintheVacuum
Tube. Thread the M6-1 x 15 Lock Knob into the
threadedholeonthetopoftheVacuumTube.This
KnoblockstheNozzleintoposition.
8. Youarenowreadytoenjoydustcollectioninjust
about any location of your shop. If the Stand is
unlevel, thread the Feet in and out until proper
adjustmentisachieved.

Assembly Steps

Leg Assembly

Thread M8-1.25 feet into the bottom of the three legs.

Main Tube Body Assembly

Attach legs to the main tube body using M6 screws and washers.

Main Tube Lock Knob Installation

Thread M8-1.25 lock knob into the side of the main tube body.

Fixed Support Attachment

Attach the fixed support to the silver main tube body using M6 screws.

Vacuum Tube and Nozzle Mounting

Assemble M10 lock knob, washer, and vacuum tube, then attach to the fixed support.

Nozzle Positioning and Locking

Slide nozzle into vacuum tube, rotate, and secure with M6 lock knob.

Stand Leveling

Adjust the feet to ensure the stand is level and stable.
