GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
To start the guarantee period the user must follow the following conditions:
1. The guarantee period starts from the purchase date which is proved by a fiscal document (invoce or sale slip)
issued by the seller or installer stating his/her name and the date of selling/installation. Always keep this certificate
of guarantee with the fiscal documents;
2. SICC Tech s.r.l. guarentees its product as follow:
- two years warranty for all products purchased by the consumer (as defined in Art. I of Legislative Decree dated
February 2nd, 2002, n. 24 – Implementation of the CE Directive 1999/44/CE about sales and warrenty aspects)
- one year warranty for all products purchased by subjects different from consumer;
- the warranty period for each product is indicated in table shown below:

3. All the accessories, even though supplied along with the finished product, have 12 month guarantee (panel control,
impressed current anodes, pumps, monobloc pumps, inverter, safety valves and vacuum breaker valves, plate heat
exchangers);
4. Under the terms of the warranty, SICC Tech s.r.l., at its own discretion, will solely repair or replace free-of-charge
the product or components that have defects in materials, workmanship or design or to reduce considerably its
value;
5. Any warranties provided by SICC Tech s.r.l. will terminate if any modifications are made to the materials or repairs
are carried out by personnel without prior authorization;
6. The purchaser may not request cancellation of the contract nor a reduction in price, nor compensation for direct or
indirect damages as a consequence;
7. The guarantee will not cover all those parts which could be considered defective due to negligent use, wrong
installation or maintenance, repairs made by unauthorized personnel, damages caused by transport, or any other
circumstances which cannot be ascribed to manufacturing defects;
8. The warranty will furthermore terminate if the purchaser does not fullfil its obligations as regards the deadlines and
methods of payment, and if all operating and maintenance instructions provided with the product are not complied
with, in the respect of the relevant rules in force;
9. Refer servicing to authorized personnel only;
10. SICC Tech s.r.l. is exempt from any responsibility for damages to persons or things, suffered also by a third party,
due to events which do not depend on the supply or related to works of installation, assembly or technical
assistance executed on site;
11. SICC Tech s.r.l. shall introduce changes suggested by experience, needs or technical progress and no objections
will be considered in this connection;
12. Use only original spare parts;
13. The warranty does not cover any costs borne by the customer for dismantling and assembling the faulty products.
The customer must deliver the product at its own expense to our facilities, so as to verify and where necessary
repair or replace the product under warranty;
14. As to all what has not been explicity described in these conditions, the general terms of sale are valid;
15. In case of disputes the Court of Rovigo is the competent court.
