Phonebook
Entries in the Phonebook (on the SIM
card) are managed separately from
those in the Addressbook.
New entry
If the Phonebook has been selected
as standard:

Open Phonebook
(in standby mode).
H
Select <New entry>.
C
Display input fields.
I
Navigate between and fill
in the input fields.
Number:
Always enter phone number with
prefix. An entry is not saved without
a phone number.
Name:
Enter first and/or last names.
Group:
Default No group
Important phone numbers can be
combined together in a group (VIP).
This is independent of the Address-
book groups.
Location:
Default SIM
Special SIM cards can save phone
numbers in a protected area
(Protected SIM) (PIN2 required).
Record number:
Is automatically allocated to every
entry. The phone number can be di-
alled with your record number.
§Save§ Press to store the new
entry.
Call (search for an entry)
H
Open Phonebook.
J
/ I
Select a name with the
first letter and/or scroll.
A
Number is dialled.
Additional information

Temporary switch to
Addressbook.
