(in standby mode).

Change entry

Open Addressbook
(in standby mode).

Select entry and
press §Edit§.

Select input field.

Make changes. If neces-
sary, delete or overwrite
entry, then §Save§.
Calling an entry

Open Addressbook
(in standby mode).

Select a name with the
first letter and/or scroll.

The number is dialled.
If there are several numbers in the
address book entry, these are of-
fered for selection.
Addressbook options
Different functions are available, de-
pending on the context:
§Options§ Open menu.
Groups
Nine groups are specified in your
phone to enable you to arrange your
Addressbook entries clearly. You can
rename seven groups.

Open Addressbook
(in standby mode).
<Groups> Select (the number of en-
tries is listed behind the
group name).
I
Select group.
Ringing tone for group
See page 42.
Move to ...
Allocates current or high-
lighted entries to a group.
Copy to SIM
Copies name and number
to the SIM card (Phone-
book).
Import
Set up readiness to receive
for an address book entry
via Infrared (page 46) or
SMS (page 28).
