Your Cielo 2 hearing instrument is an extremely reliable
device. Should a problem occur, it can usually be cor-
rected quickly. Use these troubleshooting tips to resolve
simple issues.
Problem Possible solution
Sound is weak Replace empty battery.
Clean earmold / clean or exchange
LifeTip, LifeTube.
Increase volume (with ePocket or vol-
ume control).
Instrument
emits whistling
sound
Try reinserting the earmold/LifeTip
until it fits securely.
Lower volume (with ePocket or vol-
ume control).
Clean LifeTip or contact your Hearing
Care Professional.
Sound is
distorted
Lower volume (with ePocket or vol-
ume control).
Replace battery.
Instrument
emits signal
tones
Gently close battery compartment
completely.
Replace battery.
