Integrated technology:
Motion Control
The Motion Control functionality uses technology objects to support speed-controlled
axes, positioning axes, synchronous axes, external encoders, cams, cam tracks and
measuring inputs, as well as PLCopen blocks for programming the motion control
functionality.

Integrated closed-loop control functionality

The trace functionality supports troubleshooting and optimization of the user program.

Integrated system diagnostics:
The alarms for the system diagnostics are automatically created by the system and
displayed on a PG/PC, HMI device, Web server or the integrated display. System
diagnostics information is also available when the CPU is in STOP mode.
