5.3.1 Connecting IM 153-4 PN
Introduction
You connect the supply voltage and PROFINET IO to the IM 153-4 PN interface module.
① Front door
② Connection for PROFINET IO (with 2 ports)
③ Connection for supply voltage
④ Cable holder
Requirements
Wire the interface module with the supply voltage switched off.
Required tools
● Screwdriver with 3 mm blade
● Cross-tip screwdriver, size 1
● Industrial Ethernet Fast Connect stripping tool (6GK1901-1GA00)
(stripping tool for Industrial Ethernet Fast Connect installation cables)
