The device works with an invisible laser scanner. To avoid danger, the device may
only be opened by a specialist.
Danger:
Dangerous exposure to laser beams
if the CD compartment cover
is opened or damaged! Avoid direct
contact with the laser beam!
Condensation humidity:
Moisture will condense on and in the device if it is brought from a cold to a warm room.
The lens system of the CD player can fog up. CD playback will then not be possible
until the moisture in the device has evaporated. Wait until the device has adjusted to
room temperature before switching it on. Depending on the humidity and room
temperature, this can take 2 to 3 hours. Never touch the lens of the laser scanner!
