It is recommended to use the unit at
a temperature of 7 to 35 °C (44 to
95 °F).
In cooling mode, the room temperature
is lower than the set temperature.
Change the set temperature.

The product does not
cool sufficiently.
Doors and windows are not properly

Hold the remote control near the
air conditioner. Make sure that the
remote control is pointed directly at
the remote control receiver.
The remote control is not pointed at the
receiver.
Batteries are empty. Replace batteries.
Error code E1 Malfunction of the room temperature
sensor.
