♦ Disconnect the plug if you are intending to not use the device for an
extended period of time.
♦ Store the device in a dry environment.
♦ Protect the needle with the protective cap.
♦ Close the protective cover after use.
Disposing of the device
Do not, under any circumstances, dispose of the device with
household refuse. This product is subject to the provisions of
the European Directive 2002/96/EC WEEE (Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment).
Dispose of the device through an approved disposal centre or at your community
waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt,
please contact your waste disposal centre.
