Troubleshooting
If you cannot pair the speaker with a compatible
Bluetooth
®
music device, proceed as follows:
♦ Make sure that the Bluetooth
®
function is
activated on the music device. When an de-
vice is connected via a 3.5mm jack cable,
the Bluetooth
®
function is deactivated.
♦ Ensure that the speaker is switched on.
♦ If you use several music devices, ensure that
any previous connection is disconnected.
There may be a previously paired device in
range.
♦ Make sure that the speaker is no more than
10 metres from the Bluetooth
®
device and
that no obstacles or electronic devices are
placed between them.
Cleaning
CAUTION
► To avoid irreparable damage to the device,
ensure that no moisture can penetrate the
device during cleaning.
► Do not use caustic, abrasive or solvent-based
cleaning materials. These can damage the
surfaces of the device.
♦ Clean the housing of the device with a lightly
moistened cloth and a mild detergent only.
