Basic waffles
210 g All-purpose flour
15 g Sugar
8 g Baking powder
2 g Salt
3 Eggs (separated)
210 ml Milk
100 g Butter (melted)
1 packet Vanilla sugar
¾ Mix all dry ingredients.
¾ Beat egg yolks well. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla
sugar. Stir into dry ingredients.
¾ Preheat the product.
¾ Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture.
¾ Bake waffles until done.
Egg-free waffles
120 g All-purpose flour
30 g Wheat flour
30 g Sugar
8 g Baking powder
2 g Salt
30 ml Canola oil
150 ml Cool water
¾ Mix all dry ingredients.
¾ Preheat the product.
¾ Make a little hole in the middle of the mixture.
Pour in water and then oil.
¾ Stir just until wet.
¾ Bake waffles until done.
Cleaning and care
m DANGER! Risk of electric shock! Before
cleaning: Always disconnect the product from the
wall outlet.
DANGER! Risk of burns! Do not clean the
product right after operation. Let the product cool
first.
m WARNING! Do not immerse the products
electrical components in water or other liquids.
Never hold the product under running water.
NOTES:
¾ Clean the product right after it has cooled. Once
the food residues have dried, they are not easy
to remove.
¾ Do not use any abrasive, aggressive cleaners
or hard brushes to clean the product or its
accessories.
¾ Thoroughly dry the product before using it again.
Part Cleaning method
Housing ¾ Wipe down the housing
with a slightly damp cloth.
¾ Do not let any water or
other liquids enter the
product interior.

¾ Removing fat and liquids:
Use a piece of kitchen
paper.
¾ Removing stuck-on burnt
residues: Use a wooden
spatula or small wooden
skewers.
¾ Wipe the plates with a
slightly damp cloth and a
mild detergent.
