¾ Close the product. The batter is cooked now.
¾ Wait approx.4 minutes until the waffles are
ready baked.
NOTE: Optional – Open the product after
approx. 4 minutes to check the baking process.
Do not open the product after less than 4 minutes,
otherwise the waffles may tear.
¾ Removing waffles: Use a plastic/wooden spatula
(or other suitable non-metallic tools) to avoid
damaging the product's non-stick coating.
¾ When cooking is complete: Disconnect the power
plug

from the socket outlet.

Cocoa waffles
100 g All-purpose flour
140 g Sugar
30 g Cocoa powder
140 g Butter (melted)
2 Eggs
60 ml Milk
¾ Preheat the product.
¾ Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter
and eggs. Beat the mixture until stiff.
¾ Add milk to the mixture. Whisk until moistened.
Do not over-mix.
¾ Bake waffles until done.
Buttermilk waffles
180 g All-purpose flour
4 g Baking powder
4 g Baking soda
2 g Salt
2 Eggs (beaten)
240 ml Buttermilk
40 ml Vegetable oil
2 g Vanilla (optional)
¾ Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and
salt.
¾ In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, eggs,
and (optionally) vanilla.
¾ Preheat the product.
¾ Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Whisk
until moistened. Do not over-mix.
¾ Bake waffles until done.
Lemon waffles
150 g All-purpose flour
30 g Sugar
2 g Baking powder
2 g Salt
4 Large eggs (separated)
120 ml Milk
30 ml Melted butter
15 g Fresh lemon juice
Grated peel of 1 entire lemon
¾ Combine egg yolks, sugar, and salt.
¾ Blend in milk, lemon juice, lemon peel, and butter.
Beat well.
¾ Add flour and baking powder.
¾ Preheat the product.
¾ Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture.
¾ Bake waffles until done.
