Heating after a long time of inactivity/during first use
If you have not used it for some time, preheat the appliance as follows:
1) Fill the water tank  with tap water.
2) Place either the large + or the small espresso sieve , in the sieve holder %:
– Make sure that the small indentation on the large +or small espresso
sieve , is located above the indentation on the sieve holder % when
inserted.
– Then turn the large + or small espresso sieve , slightly to ensure it
cannot fall out.
NOTE
► Wait until the espresso sieve + ,has cooled down before taking it out!
► In order to remove the espresso sieves + , from the sieve holder %, turn
the inserted espresso sieve + , until the indentation on the espresso
sieve% + is located directly above the indentation on the sieve holder %.
You can now remove the espresso sieve + ,.
