Basic operation
Preparing food
• For processing with the blade assem-
bly5 and in the blender jug13 cut the
food into small pieces of a similar size
(approx. 2 x 2 cm).
• To process with the grater and cutting
disc16, cut the food small enough to fit
snugly into the food chute2. Food with
a long shape (such as carrots, cucum-
bers, courgettes) can be processed
whole. These are placed upright into the
food chute. They should fill the width of
the food chute as much as possible so
that they are unable to fall over.
Adding ingredients
• When filling, observe the markings for
the maximum filling level on the contain-
ers:

- for solid ingredients observe the
marking MAX (1,200 ml)
