4. Place the mixer assembly4 on the
adapter7. Turn the mixer assembly4
slightly back and forth until it sits on the
bottom.
5. Fill the ingredients into the working con-

added at a later time through the food

clockwise direction until it audibly clicks
into place.

13. Pull the axle9 downwards from the

14. Remove the adapter7 together with the
mixer assembly4 upwards and take
the dough out of the working contain-

15. Clean all of the accessories that have
been used immediately if possible.
Using the whisking disc

The whisking disc17 is suitable for beating
whipped cream or whipped egg whites and
emulsifying (e.g. mayonnaise).
