Only connect the induction hotplate to a
properly installed, easily accessible mains
socket whose mains voltage corresponds to
that on the rating plate. After connecting the
device, the mains socket must still be easily
accessible so that you can remove the mains
plug quickly in the event of an emergency.
Never immerse the induction hotplate, the
power cable (1) or the mains plug in water
or other liquids. If liquids have entered the
product, disconnect the mains plug from the
mains socket immediately and contact
customer service (see "Warranty
information" on page 24).
If the glass plate on the heating zone (2) is
cracked or broken, switch the device off and
disconnect it from the mains socket in order
to avoid a possible electric shock.
