8. Troubleshooting
My Power Bank won’t charge
 The connection is incorrect; check the connection.
 The USB mains adapter being used is defective. Use a
mains adapter that you know definitely works.
 Check whether the power socket being used is supplying
power.
A connected device won’t charge
 The battery of the Power Bank is empty; charge the battery.
 There is no connection to the device; check the connection.
 Briefly press the Charge level/START button (1) to start the
charging process.
 The current consumption of the connected device is too low
(<approx. 70 mA). Charging with the Power Bank is not
possible. Please check the technical data of the connected
device.
