Very hot steam can escape when opening the lid. It is therefore best
to wear oven mitts when opening the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children,
unless they are older than 8 years of age and are supervised.
Children younger than 8 years of age must be kept away from the
appliance and the power cable.
Parts of the appliance will become hot during operation; you should
hold the appliance only by the grip. The control knob can also
become hot after the appliance has been in operation for a certain
amount of time – therefore, it is best to wear oven mitts.

appliance under flammable objects, especially flammable curtains.

Always unwind the power cable completely from the cable retainer
