The measured value
appears on the display
and the end of the
measuring process is in-
dicated by a short beep
(when the key tone is activated). When the meas
ure-
ment type symbol stops flashing, the next measure-
ment can be taken. This takes approx. 5 seconds.
If the measured value lies within the normal range
(< 38 °C (100.4 °F)), the LED above the display
will light up green for 3 seconds. If the measured
value is higher than this (≥ 38 °C (100.4 °F =
fever)), the LED will light up red.
If you have activated Bluetooth
®
data transfer, the
data will be transferred after the measurement. The
thermometer displays the symbol for Bluetooth
®
during transfer.
Note: The “HealthForYou“ app must be activated
for transfer to occur. If the current data is not dis-
played on your smartphone, repeat the transfer
process as described in the chapter “transferring
measured values“.
The device will switch off automatically after 30
seconds (if no Bluetooth
®
connection is available)
