Loosen the screws of the handle rubber sleeve,
pull out the handle rubber sleeve

Pull out the plastic screws,
remove the seat covers

Loosen the screws, pull the Quick Clip and the rotary table
block out of the Fillister.
Rotate the Quick Clip to remove the broken rotary table
block and replace it with a new one.
