Perform the pre-heating while the pizza stone is placed inside the oven.
NOTICE!
In order to distribute the temperature homogeneously to the pizza stone,
use pizza stone on the wire grill.
Cooking times may differ as per the thickness of the dough.
For successive pizza cooking operations, we recommend you to wait for
2-5 minutes between each cooking operation.

MATERIALS
For the dough:
n 500 g of flour
n 300 g of lukewarm water (drinking water)
n 4 table spoon of olive oil
n 1 pack instant yeast
n 1 dessert spoon of salt
n 1 table spoons sugar
For the sauce;
n 6 tomatoes
n 2 table spoon of tomato paste
n 4 table spoons of olive oil
