Eņģes pārfalces durvīm ar skaņas izolāciju
un caurejošu vērtnes blīvējumu (FD)

VX 2501 3D, VX 7501 3D = pilnkoka kārba = Block frame
VX 2502 3D, VX 7502 3D = industriālā kārba = Casing frame
VX 2505 3D, VX 7505 3D = šaura pilnkoka kārba = Slimline block frame
VX 7611 3D, VX 7612 3D = metāla kārba = Steel frame
VX 7521 3D = alumīnija kārba = Aluminium frame
Eņģu montāžas līnija (BBL):
Pirmās eņģes montāžas līnijas attālums: 241 mm no kārbas falces vai attiecīgi
237 mm līdz vērtnes falces augšējai malai. Attālums starp 1. un 2. montāžas
līniju ir atkarīgs no vērtnes augstuma.
Hinge reference line (HRL):
The 1st HRL is 241 mm from the frame rebate or 237 mm from the upper
edge of the door rebate. The distance between the 1st and 2nd HRL
depends on the height of the door leaf.
Frēzēšanas šablona regulēšana
Pēc eņģu montāžas līniju atzīmēšanas piestiprināt pie vērtnes universālo
frēzēšanas šablonu. Ievērot montāžas instrukcijā un uz šablona dotos
norādījumus!
Adjust the template
Once the HRL dimensions have been transferred, clamp the universal
milling frame on to the door. Follow the fixing instruction and the
information on the template!

Frēzēšanas šablona izvēle ir atkarīga no eņģes tipa, skat.
tabulā zemāk:

Select the template listed below, depending on the
hinge type:
Svarīgs norādījums: Ja kārbas un vērtnes daļas tiek montētas
atsevišķi, iekarinot vērtni, jāuzmanās, lai netiktu bojāti gultņi.
Important note: If the frame and sash part is fitted separately,
avoid damaging the bearings when fitting!
Montāža durvīs
Installation within the door
Veikt frēzējumu ar frēzi Ø24 mm,
ievērojot atšķirīgās frēzējuma
dziļuma norādes.
Ievietot tajā eņģes vērtnes daļu.
Prepare the hole,
cutter 24 mm Ø, note varying
milling depth specifications,
apply the hinge leaf.
Eņģes vērtnes daļu pieskrūvēt pie
durvīm ar 5 x 50 mm skrūvēm
(.../160-4 FD N = 6 x 50 mm).
Ievietot distanceri un uzlikt
nosegplāksni.
Fasten the hinge leaf to the door
using 5 x 50 mm screws
(.../160-4 FD N = 6 x 50 mm),
insert the spacer block,
attach the cover plate.
Piestiprināt nosegplāksni ar 2
skrūvēm 3 x 25 mm, ievietot
vērtnes blīvgumiju.
Fasten the cover plate
using 2 3 x 25 mm screws, insert
the sash acoustic seal.
