BEFORE FIRST USE
WARNING – risk of damage to the appliance!
First of all please check the scope of supply for completeness and
transport damage. The box includes the hot air fryer, two hot air frying
baskets (12) and two hot air frying trays (10).
Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or incomplete, but return it to
your retailer.
WARNING – choking hazard!
Packaging material is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with
packaging material, as it may be swallowed – choking hazard! Keep
packaging material away from children!
NOTE:
If you open the package carelessly with a sharp knife or other pointed objects, the
appliance may be damaged. Be very careful when opening the package.
The appliance is packaged to protect it from transport damage.
1. Carefully unpack the appliance.
2. Remove all parts of the packaging.
3. Check whether the package contains all parts.
4. Clean the appliance and all accessories (see “Cleaning” section).
NOTE: Odour development!
During its first use, the appliance may emit small amounts of vapour, steam or
odours. These are simply residues from the production or transport processes that
disappear quickly. Please make sure that there is sufficient ventilation.
1. Insert the mains plug (3) into a properly installed electrical outlet.
2. Operate the appliance for approx. 10-30 minutes on a high temperature setting
without any food to remove any residues from the production process.
3. Disconnect the mains plug (3) from the electrical outlet and allow the appliance
to cool down.
4. Clean the appliance and all accessories thoroughly. Allow all parts to dry
completely.
