5. As shown in Figure 32, release the printer’s upper case (J) from its bottom case (K) using a thin flatblade
screwdriver. Insert the screwdriver into each of the two holes in the front of the printer - one hole at a time.
While inside each hole, gently twist and simultaneously push up the screwdriver until the upper case is
loosened from the bottom case. SEE STEP 6 BEFORE PULLING THE PRINTER’S UPPER CASE AWAY
