Follow the instruction manual and use the Set Up key to enter program mode. Select the following:

DISPLAY SET UP:
80 Columns, Interpret Controls
No Auto Wrap, Jump Scroll, Light Text, Scrn Saver Off Cursor, Block Cursor
GENERAL SET UP:
VDT 100 Mode, VDT 100 ASCII
User Key Unlocked, User Feature Unlocked
Numeric Keyboard Normal Cursor Keys, No New Line
COMMUNICATIONS SET UP:
Transmit = 1200, Receiver = Transmit
No X Off, 8 Bits, No Parity, 1 Stop Bit, No Local Echo EIA Port Data Leads Only, Disconnect 2s Delay, Limited

PRINTER SET UP:
Speed = 1200, No Printer To Host
Auto Print Mode, 8 Bits, No Parity, 1 Stop Bit, Print Full Page, ASCII/U.K. Only, No Terminator
