Install steering wheel
1. Locate the steering wheel assembly (C), roll pin (D) and
flex collar (E).
2. Turn both front wheels so they face straight forward.
3. Put the flex collar (E) on the steering shaft (F).
The steering wheel cover (B) is decorative and
does not need to be removed to install the
steering wheel.
4. Lubricate the steering shaft (F) with anti-seize compound
and install the steering wheel (C). The thick spoke of the
wheel (A) should face the operator.
5. Secure the steering wheel (C) to the shaft (F) using the roll
pin (D). Use the lower hole in the steering shaft (F). Drive
the roll pin (D) flush with the surface of the steering wheel
using a punch (G).
The upper hole is for taller operators who need
more knee clearance.
