Pump Crankcase Oil. If this oil is not available, an SAE 15W-40 oil may be used. Change
the oil after the rst 50 hours of operation and every 100 hours thereafter or every 3 months.

1. Loosen the pump oil ll plug / vent cap.
2. Place a container under the oil drain plug.
3. Remove the oil drain plug.
4. After the oil has drained, insert the oil drain plug; tighten securely.
5. For AAA™ pumps, rell with SIMPSON

***, rell using a non-detergent hydraulic oil (ISO68).
6. Make sure the oil level meets but does not exceed the dot in the center of the sightglass.
7. Insert the oil ll plug; tighten securely.
