3. Remove the suction and
discharge pipe
●Use gas welding to heat
the suction and discharge
pipes. Then, pull them out
from the compressor.
●Weld by charging nitrogen
for protection, with the
nitrogen pressure kept at
0.5±0.1kgf/c 󱚸 (relative
pressure).
●During heating, take care
to prevent the substances
around from burn due to
high temperature.
4.Take down the compressor
from the bottom pan
●Remove the compressor
from chassis.
5.Fix the new compressor on
to the bottom pan
●Put the new compressor to
correct position.
● Unsrew the fixing bolt of
compressor with thepanner
●Do not put the compressor
upside down during
installation.
6.Connect the compressor
with system pipes
●Use gas welding to heat
the suction and discharge
pipes. Then, pull them out
from the compressor.
●Weld by charging nitrogen
for protection, with the
