5. Mount the new
electronic
expansion valve
and connect it to
the system pipeline
● Use gas welding to
weld the electronic
expansion valve.
● Weld by charging
nitrogen for protection,
with the nitrogen
pressure kept at
0.5±0.1kgf/c 󱚸 (relative
pressure).
●During heating, take
care to prevent the
substances around from
burn due to high
temperature.
6. Assemble the
coil of electronic
expansion valve
● Install the coil of
electronic expansion
valve according to
disassembly procedures.

vacuum inside the
system through
liquid valve
