Disassembly Procedures
for ASD-24AI, ASD-36AI
Removal of Return Air Inlet Filter
Remark: Make sure the power supply is cut off before disassembling and protect all the parts during
disassembly. Do not put Filter near the high temperature heat source.

Removal of
Return air inlet
Filter
● Press the return air
inlet filter downward
against the guide groove
sponge and take it off
along the arrow direction.
There are two return air
inlet filters.
Removal of Electric Box Cover and Electric Box
Remark: Before removal, please make sure that the power supply has been cut off. During removal, please
protect the parts properly. Take special care to protect the electric elements in the box and prevent them
from water or knock.

1. Remove
the electric
box cover
● Loosen the screws
where the circle and
square indicate. Then,
take out the electric
box cover along the
arrow direction.
2. Remove
the electric
box
● Loosen the fixing
screws to remove the
electric box.
(As shown, there are
two fixing screws at the
position indicated by
the circle. The screws
as indicated by the
arrow shall also be
