  A low cooling effect can occur due to several reasons: * The heat exchanger of the outdoor or indoor unit might be dirty. * The air filter could be clogged. * The inlet or outlet of the indoor/outdoor units may be blocked. * Doors and windows might be open, or direct sunlight is shining into the room. * There might be too much heat being generated in the room. * The outdoor temperature could be too high. * There may be a refrigerant leak or insufficient refrigerant. To resolve this, clean the heat exchanger and air filter, remove any blockages, close doors and windows, use curtains to block sunlight, reduce heat sources, and check for refrigerant leaks, recharging as necessary.

  If you cannot change the fan speed, check if the MODE indicated on the display is "AUTO". When the automatic mode is selected, the air conditioner will automatically change the fan speed. Also, check if the MODE indicated on the display is "DRY". When dry operation is selected, the air conditioner automatically change the fan speed. The fan speed can be selected during "COOL", "FAN ONLY", and "HEAT".

  If the TEMP indicator does not appear, it could be because the MODE indicated on the display is FAN ONLY. The temperature cannot be set during FAN mode.
