The machine is ready for installation.The Mixer has to be installed on the
horizorital and plain table.
Please connect the correct main power electric supply according to the
nameplate indicated.
After the machine has been connected to the electric supply, first of all check the
direction of rotation of mixing head. When look from look down, the mixing head
should rotate clockwise. The arrow on the bowl indicates the rotating direction of
mixing head.
While the machine is running, if the whipping ball cracks the bowl, please adjust
the height of the bowl.
