      If your SINMAG SM-402 mixer starts and then stops, it could be due to the mixer's overload being activated or a fuse overload at the power board. The overload resets automatically after 10 minutes. If the overload occurs repeatedly, or you suspect a fuse overload, contact your supervisor or W & P Reedy.

      If your SINMAG SM-402 mixer does not start, ensure that it is properly plugged in and switched on. Also, make sure the power is turned on, the guard is closed, and the start button is pressed. Verify that the handle and bowl are correctly positioned (pulled up). You may also need to release something by rotating and pulling. If issues persist, contact your supervisor, or wait for an automatic reset (approximately 10 minutes).
