PRIKLJUČITEV SILAŽNE
PRIKOLICE
Vlečno kljuko na stroju lahko postavite v dva
položaja:
1. Tako, da je vlečno uho nad izstopno
gredjo.
2. Tako, da je vlečno uho pod izstopno
gredjo.

The tow hook can be set in two different
positions:
1. The hook is above the shaft.
2. The hook is below the shaft.
NAPENJANJE IN ZAMENJAVA
KLINASTIH JERMENOV
Silažni kombajn je gnan s 4 klinastimi
jermeni, ki obenem služijo kot varnostna
sklopka. Če jermeni spodrsavajo (kar se
zgodi predvsem po prvih urah dela), jih
napnite s pomočjo napenjalnega vijaka
(poz. 6) in napenjalnih matic (poz. 25,
slika 1).
Jermene morate napeti toliko, da se pri
pritisku s prstom na sredi med jermenicama,
s približno silo 150 N, eden od jermenov
povesi napram ostalim za njegovo višino,
približno 15 mm.
Da lahko menjate klinaste jermene morate
najprej odstraniti vlečni jarem (poz. 10,
slika 2) in zaščito jermenice (poz. 22, slika 2)
na vseh štirih vijakih, ki spenjajo vlečni jarem
na ogrodju ter izvlečete vlečni jarem. Nato
odvijete matice (poz. 26, slika 1), vendar
samo na zunanji strani zaščite jermenic.
Sedaj lahko snamete zaščito jermenic ter po
potrebi odvijete matici (poz. 25, slika 1) za
toliko, da lahko jermene menjate. Ko ste
jermene menjali in jih napeli, montirajte nazaj
zaščito jermenic in vlečni jarem.
TIGHTENING AND REPLACING OF
THE V-BELTS
The maize chopper is driven by 4 V-belts
that are also used as a security device. The
belts can slip, especially after the first few
hours of working. If so, tighten them with the
help of tightening screw (pos. 6) and the
tightening nut (pos. 25, fig.1).
Tighten the V-belts so that when pushed
down by thumb in the middle of the belts with
approx. 150 N, one of the belts lowers for
about 15 mm compared to the others.
To replace V-belts you must remove the pull
yoke (pos. 10, fig. 2) and the pulley
protection (pos. 22, fig. 2). Unscrew all 4
screws which bind the pull yoke together and
pull it out. After that unscrew the nuts
(pos. 26, fig. 1), but only on the outer side of
the pulley protection.
Now you can remove the pulley protection
and unscrew the nuts (pos. 25, fig. 1) if
necessary, to replace the V-belts. After
replacing and tightening The V-belts, set
back the pulley protection and the pull yoke.
